The certifications obtainable are the following three:

HIQS Compliant Facility
HIQS Eco+Compliant Facility
HIQS Sustainably Compliant Facility

Standard Compliant Facility Certification
Standard HIQS certification confirms that the facility/ business has implemented the basic guidelines and quality protocols to mitigate risks
associated with health, safety and disinfection.
Should the score be below 80% the audit has been failed and the facility/ business is not eligible for any certification.

When a facility fails it will be required to implement a deep disinfection protocol, as there is identified high risk exposure, for a period of 1 month. The facility is required to ensure that the non-conformances of the audit are closed out satisfactorily upon which a further audit will be undertaken to validate that the minimum requirements are met and an 80% pass is achieved.

Once the 80% pass is achieved the Standard HIQS Compliant Facility Certification will be issued.

Monthly surveillance audits will be done to ensure certification is maintained.

HIQS Eco+Compliant Facility Certification

HIQS Eco+Compliant Facility Certification confirms that the facility/ business has surpassed the basic guidelines and protocols to mitigate risks associated with health, safety and disinfection. These facilities have also implemented eco-friendly health, safety and disinfection incorporating tracking and tracing.

Should the score be below 80% the audit has been failed and the facility/ business’s certification may be downgraded to the standard certification or be withheld completely depending on the nature of the findings.

Depending on the nature of the findings the facility may be required to sign up for a deep disinfection contract to mitigate high risk exposure and apply specific protocols for a period of 1 month. The facility is also required to ensure that the non-conformances of the audit are closed out satisfactorily upon which a further audit will be undertaken to validate that the requirements for HIQS Eco+Compliant Certification have been met and an 80% pass is achieved.

Once the 80% pass is achieved Certification will be issued.

Monthly surveillance audits will be done to ensure certification is maintained.

HIQS Sustainably Complaint Facility Certification

HIQS Sustainably Compliant Facility Certification confirms that the facility/ business has implemented the basic guidelines and protocols to mitigate risks associated with health, safety and disinfection as well as additional standard such as a recycling program, colour coding, tracking & tracing, and more, to further mitigate risks and assure a sustainable future.

Should the score be below 80% the audit has been failed and the facility/ business may be downgraded by HIQS to a lower compliance certification once all the audit documentation has been reviewed.

In this case the facility may be required to sign up for a deep disinfection contract for a 1 month period if high risk exposure has been identified. The facility is required to ensure that non-conformances identified during the audit are closed out satisfactorily upon which a further audit will be undertaken to validate that the minimum requirements are met and an 80% pass is achieved.

Once the 80% pass is achieved the respective HIQS Compliance Certification will be issued.
