HIQS trains representatives and agents to facilitate the implementation and roll-out of the respective systems modules. This enables an agent to provide support to the facility wishing to implement the system and allows them to highlight any risks the business may not have identified itself at which point the standard system may be amended to become business specific.

A HIQS agent or representative is also able to facilitate any training on the system within the business. This may be necessary at various times:

• At the time of implementation
• As part of the maintenance of the system
• By way of refresher training
• When new staff join the business
• As a corrective action when non conformances have been noted.

Once the system has been implemented and is running a HIQS agent or representative is able to complete an audit to validate the effectiveness of the system. Depending on the level of certification the business is aiming for the agent will evaluate the business and its system using the respective criteria.

Once the audit is completed the agent submits his audit report to HIQS for evaluation and final scoring. HIQS validates the audit assessment against the protocols and guidelines and confirms whether the business has passed or failed and issues the respective certification.
